New to group, and QUISK package ready for review

Hi! I've been a ham for about ten years, an SDR software developer for about five years, and a Fedora and RHL user for 21 years, but I've only started combining these interests. If anyone is interested in using QUISK, an SDR package, I've submitted a package for review: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1443429 Unfortunately I can't claim that my packaging of it is well-tested, because I don't yet have it working with my HF transceiver, an RS-HFIQ. I'm still working on that. I did limited testing of demodulating recorded data. The package should work with the hardware that QUISK normally supports. 73, Eric Smith, N2ES
