If anyone is interested in using QUISK, an SDR package, I've submitted a package for review: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1443429 Unfortunately I can't claim that my packaging of it is well-tested, because I don't yet have it working with my HF transceiver, an RS-HFIQ.
