power profiling ( /proc/acpi/processor .. missing)

Hi,
i have spent some time and did some google and got the answer.
Its seems there is some bug in Powertop. One could refer
http://osdir.com/ml/ubuntu-bugs/2011-08/msg41660.html.
Now its working with previous version..
