What are atags and are they still used after addition of device tree in
linux ? Afaik atags is the mechanism how the kernel gets the boot parameter from the bootloader. In the kernel config you can decide if you will use the boot parameter from the bootloader or the ones from the device tree file. Cheers, Matthias
