You see, there is no serial8250 informations.
Can anyone here please tell me how this can happen? Does it mean the serial8250 driver don't populate or register in the /proc/iomem?
Can you look at the o/p of /proc/ioports and see if the entry is present here.
'o/p'? the /proc/ioports is a zero size file, it contains nothing. I think this is because the bard is an ARM, so there is no IO ports. -- woody I can't go back to yesterday - because I was a different person then.
