I stripped down my .config for my kernel-compilation a bit, but thought that I really just removed unnecessary stuff. But really, the consequency was, that the Chromium Browser didn't load _any_ page. Not even locally and no chrome:// page. It started, but just stayed at a white page.
IIRC, Chromium has debug mode, so it runs and log the loading messages into a log. Try to find it out. Other way to try, is to run Chromium under strace. It might run slow, but at least it will show up where the faulty is -- regards, Mulyadi Santosa Freelance Linux trainer and consultant blog: the-hydra.blogspot.com training: mulyaditraining.blogspot.com
