Hi, if I didn't misunderstood your message I think that a rotary encoder is exposed as a gpio, see http://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/input/rotary-encoder.txt Thus you can expose values to userspace using sysfs for example. -- Saluti, Fabio Pozzi
