Hamlib 3 pre-release package (and others)

I've been working on packaging the wsjt suite of programs in my COPR repository: http://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/hobbes1069/WSJT/ Because wsjtx required hamlib3 which is not yet released I developed a parallel installable package, all the basenames have "3" appended to them (binaries, libraries, include dir, etc). Along those lines, I will hopefully have a working wsjtx package here shortly. I've also built the required package chain to get the wsjt suite of programs working on EPEL 7... Thanks, Richard
