Unset LOCKDEP and TRACE_IRQFLAGS_SUPPORT

Refresher course in Boolean logic.

If there's an OR in there, you need to set *both* to =n, not just one or the
other.

The bigger question is: *WHY* do you think you need to unset the value of
these two things?  What problem are you trying to solve by turning them off?
