Resend patches because maintainer was not mailed?

Hi,

I submitted a set of patches to the driverdevel list for the staging
drivers, but did not send the patches to Greg K-H, because I was sure
there were things to fix up. Now the patchset got reviewed and fixed
up, I submitted the 3rd version to the list. But I did not send the
patches to Greg K-H himself. Should I re-submit the patches to him
(and maybe even the kernel ML)?

Should I put a Reviewed-by tag in the commits? I guess I have to ask
the guy who reviewed them beforehand, right?
