Hello,

I am finally getting around to fixing the ridiculous situation
where I am using a forked copy of code where I am the maintainer.

I am doing this by merging in the additional functionality that
I have been using, but in a clean and configurable way.

In order to make it easy for other people to do the same, I have
moved Spamikaze to github. If you have custom code and want to
merge it in, I can pull your changes from forked repositories.
If you are unclear on how to merge something in, feel free to just
file an issue or send me an email, and I will try to merge things
in.

The repository can be found here:

https://github.com/rikvanriel/spamikaze

I am also updating the documentation on the wiki:
