During shutdown/reboot Network Subsystem v/s Storage Subsystem

Hi All,

I am curious to know what exactly happen during shutdown/reboot process of
linux kernel and how the network stack and storage stack behaves.

eg. when we do shutdown, which (network or storage)stack goes down first?
