v3.12-rc4 does not find my WLAN chip - how to submit to lkml/appropriate subml?

3.2 to 3.12 is a long time - 2 1/2 years.  Are you able to test any
intermediate kernels (3.10 or 3.11 would narrow things down a *lot)?
