CubicSDR & dependencies

I was able to get a clean build, but now (probably due to some other system
updates I finally ran), it segfaults at startup. Tried building with each
of wxGLX3 and wxGLX31 and both builds fail during startup the same way
now. Is there a known failure in the X libraries recently calling
LockDisplay()? There's nothing in the updates-testing repo.

Thread 1 "CubicSDR" received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
