Update libax25 ax25-tool, ax25-apps packages to use active fork?

We're using the sources that are available at www.linux-ax25.org/pub/ for
libax25, ax25-tools and ax25-apps. If you're aware of a more maintained
fork, please let me know. If this is the one you're going to use then that's
probably the best thing to do if you're not aware of anything better.

It would be nice if both Debian and Fedora had the same upstreams for
libax25 at least.
