I do not have such error. I am running on CentOS 6.4 with perl-5.10.1-131.el6_4.x86_64 Removal Results IP address 78.129.223.91 has been removed from the database. It should be gone from the DNSBL list psbl.sorbl.com after the next zone file rebuild, in a couple of minutes.
