Interested in Working on Linux kernel projects in TCP/IP stack

slow start issue is hot stuff right now... for example check: http://blog.benstrong.com/2010/11/google-and-microsoft-cheat-on-slow.html see if you could contribute something to linux kernel about it...right now, kernel folks increase the initial window size...and seems like it works... but I believe it still need further tuning. And might be related to congestion control mechanisms we already have...
