No response to first patch, is my patch correct?
Hi, I followed the "Write and Submit your first Linux kernel Patch" tutorial by Greg Kroah-Hartman [1] and tried to submit my first (clean up) patch [2]. However, I did not get any response, so I sent it again [3]. Once again, I haven't gotten any response. Am I doing anything wrong, or should I just wait longer? Thanks for your help! Please wait for one - two weeks more. Greg has started with his long queue of patches. No comments means the reviewers did not find any problem with your patch. So now just wait for Greg to come to your patch. regards sudip
