unable to send mail to Linux-Fsdevel
Hi, I am facing an issue with sending my mail to Linux-Fsdevel <linux-fsdevel@vger.kernel.org> mailing list() Moreover i'm recieving all mails from the list but can't seem to send them TO the list. I get the following error- Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: linux-fsdevel@vger.kernel.org Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain vger.kernel.org by vger.kernel.org. [209.132.180.67]. If somebody is/was facing a similar issue, kindly help me. Regards, Saket Sinha

So what is the solution. If it is neccessary to encode the e-mail in plain-text, how do I do that?

Assuming you are using the gmail WebUI, while typing an email there is a pull down in the lower right corner of the window you are typing the body of the email into. If you pull down that menu you will find a selection of "Plain Text Mode". Just select that and all future emails will be plain text until you change it back. Greg
