I have a kernel sources at /home/lafan/linux. After compiling the kernel with make
make -j $(getconf _NPROCESSORS_ONLN) deb-pkg LOCALVERSION=-custom
The resulting deb package is created at /home/lafan. Is there a way to customize where it is created?
I suppose that the most suitable places where you should post these kinds of questions are the mailing lists and forums of your distribution.
Is it Debian? If so, I have heard they have a lot of good documentation, forums and mailing lists.
