I am currently building hamlib 3.2 in rawhide. I did a abipkgdiff and it shows 3 removed symbols: ft991_init tmd710_get_vfo_char tmd710_set_channel Since they look to be rig specific I don't *THINK* there is an ABI change and the soversion was not bumped so rebuilding dependent packages should not be necessary but if you have a way to test rawhide once complete please let me know.
