No change to Thomas Sailer's code, just to the packaging for FC that has to do with the switch from SysV init to systemd. systemd does not properly handle the SysV /etc/init.d/soundmodem script. The patch supplies a systemd soundmodem.service replacement which works right.

I have a few more notes on building an APRS digipeater using soundmodem if anyone's interested.

One critical item is to make sure to disable avahi as it periodically broadcasts on all interfaces, including the AX.25 packet interface -- which is a very long transmission at 1200 baud.
