I suggest looking for the string in the whole repository, or in a
kernel source code browser like so:
https://elixir.bootlin.com/linux/latest/K/ident/CONFIG_CAVIUM_OCTEON_SOC
You'll find that Octeon is a MIPS SoC so you need to build the kernel
for the MIPS architecture to
build the octeon drivers.
