S25HS512T SPI Flash support in Linux Kernel 4.9.X

Hello All,
Tried the S25HS512T spi flash chip in Linux Kernel 4.9.x in ARM board.
Able to read the Manufacturer id, device id (MSB and LSB)
Able to read the status and configuration registers.
But via mtd, writing is not working.

Any ideas?
