Are there any requirements to sign up for Kernel Newbies?

Are there any requirements to sign up for Kernel Newbies? I want to sign up
for it and I don't know what is required to sign up. I know I need an
e-mail address (I have one, otherwise I wouldn't be sending this) and a
password (which I will create when signing up), and optionally my name
(which I might put while signing up), but are there any additional
requirements? If so, what are they?
