ipv6 multipath (ECMP) routing

I'm patch bird to get multipath supoort for ipv6, but have another problem:
iperf results says that when i have 2 eth with 1Gbit/s, i have only
960Mbit/s that i use only one link.

How can i use both links to get speedup?
