Make File error

i did that now i am getting this error
 make
make    -C /lib/modules/2.6.32-220.el6.x86_64/build M=/root/Desktop/exp1
modules
make: *** /lib/modules/2.6.32-220.el6.x86_64/build: No such file or
directory.  Stop.
