Joining the development

Hi,
I would like to join one of the groups of developers that work
continuously on new capabilities but don’t know where to start.

I have paid effort and time to understand the kernel internals and how
to write device drivers and I have experimented with my Linux box.

I would like to have real-world experience of Linux development. If
there is any project that need assistance I would be happy to
contribute.
