NBEMS (fldigi et. all) updates

I use fldigi all the time.

I usually just send my changes directly to
Dave, though.
He tends to pick them up within a few days, and they'll
be in the next fldigi release, which also happens quickly
most of the time.

I have found Dave to be a very easy to work with upstream
maintainer.
