twHamQTH 1.3 release

Hi,

A new release of twHamQTH is now available.  The major changes are:

Saved calls are now kept in alphabetical order.
Error checking improved.
Several error dialogs added.
Several other changes to improve speed.

Suggestions, comments, and bug reports are welcome as always.
